Violin - Seattle Music School

About Our Instruction

Seattle Music School offers individual and ensemble weekly violin lessons. We also provide performance and competition opportunities for students from K-12. We strive to help students make their first steps towards participating in or excelling at their current school orchestras, performing at their school or local community.

Whether you are a young beginner or an adult seeking professional consultation, we can help. The foundation of our teaching is focused on the understanding of music. By concentrating their attention on finger training and the appreciation of music, we help our students discover the fun and beauty of playing a musical instrument. Our teaching principles help to maximize the development potential of every student. Particular attention is paid to correct posture and finger training – to avoid repetitive stress injuries. We have vast experience in solving students’ technical problems and improving their quality of sound. We also offer personalized coaching for auditions, competitions and college programs. Summer lessons and advice on purchasing an instrument are available.
